Man, had one of those heart-stopping moments last week trimming around this old customer's chain-link fence. I was pushing the Toro TimeCutter hard to finish before the rain hit, and the damn blade guard caught on a loose post, nearly flipping the whole rig into the neighbor's flower bed. Luckily I killed the engine quick and yanked it back, but it shook me up bad. Been doing this 5 years and still learning to slow down on those narrow spots. Anyone else had a close call like that with zero-t turn mowers? Makes you double-check everything before starting.

those damn narrow yards are the worst, always got some homeowner skimping on space and leaving us to dodge disaster with the zero-turn. should've made em widen that fence line before i even started, pissed me off just thinking about it.

fuck those tight yards, i say charge em double next time for the headache. homeowners who skimp on space like that deserve whatever headache comes their way, shoulda made em tear down half the fence before touching the mower. i had a job last week where the damn line was so narrow my exmark zero-turn clipped the posts and nearly took out a sprinkler head, cost me an hour fixing it. these idiots think we're magicians who can mow without room to breathe, but im done playing nice. tell em upfront you'll walk if they dont widen it, or add a $200 surcharge for tight access bullshit. bet half your clients would cough up the cash rather than deal with the hassle. seen too many guys wreck gear and yards because they didnt push back early. next time, make em sign off on the risks or eat the cost.

yeah, i once turned a john deere into an accidental weed whacker on a customer's prized azaleas... spent the rest of the day kissing ass and replanting, lol.

next time try walkin the mower in those tight spots instead of pushin the zero-turn, saved my ass more than once on fence lines.

god, those tight fence lines are a nightmare, had my john deere zero-turn snag a post last month and it nearly took out a whole row of shrubs. shoulda slowed down like you said but rushing jobs always bites you in the ass.

dude, had the exact same crap happen with my husqvarna z-turn last summer, nearly took out a whole hedge. sucks how these tight spots turn a quick job into a near disaster.

zero-turns are overrated garbage for tight fences like that; stick to a good walk-behind and you'll never have those heart attacks.
