Came across this post in The Contractor Fight group about growing a solo handyman operation to 7-9k per month, and the guy's tips are solid but his 'pro' photo is him posing with a plunger like it's Excalibur. He's pushing SOPs for everything from drywall patches to gutter cleaning, says start with Google LSA to snag those quick fix-it leads. Mentioned using Jobber for scheduling so you don't double-book that leaky faucet job while you're up on a ladder fixing fascia boards. I tried something similar last year with my Ryobi setup, but ended up chasing payments from folks who ghosted after the shelf install. Anyone else seen dumb advice like 'just buy a ladder truck' in these groups? Watched a Tommy Mello video on this too, he says ditch the handyman label and go specialty. SMH, scaling sounds easy til the van's full of half-finished jobs.
