I've been using Jobber for estimating small repair gigs like installing Kwikset locks and patching drywall, and it saves me a ton of time. For a basic door hardware swap, I usually quote around $150 flat rate including materials. Throw in a few add-ons like weatherstripping, and it bumps to $200 without the client batting an eye.

jobber's a damn lifesaver compared to that angi crap that's been bleeding us dry with their lead fees and bullshit quotes.

angi's lead fees are straight robbery, they got me for over $2k last year on jobs that ghosted anyway, screw those bloodsuckers.
