Had a customer leave a 1-star review after I charged her $85 for replacing a stripped DeWalt drill bit on her garage door opener install. She said 'He fixed it but I coulda done it myself with my husband's tools!' NGL, I laughed so hard I almost called her back to explain the convenience factor. Next time I'm adding a 'stupid tax' line item.
