We're in Texas so word of mouth spreads fast among the neighborhood HOAs, and it's pulled in steady work without much hassle. Set it up with a quick text after the job, and folks love it cause it's easy. Saw a similar idea in Handyman Nation group last month, but they were overcomplicating with apps. Keep it simple, track it in a Google sheet, and it pays for itself quick. Anyone got tweaks for bigger payouts?
