man, been busting my ass installing Mitsubishi hyperheats all summer and now some yahoo leaves a 1-star because it took an extra hour to get the vacuum down to 500 microns. saw a similar rant in HVAC Techs Network group last week, these homeowners think we're magicians. I'm in the Tampa Bay area where humidity is a beast, so superheat adjustments take time, but nope, blame the tech. tried responding politely but it just stirred up more crap. anyone else dealing with this BS on your Google Business Profile? watched a Tommy Mello video on handling bad reviews but damn, it still stings.

those service titan assholes are ruining it for all of us, i spent $2500 on a daikin mini split last week and the review bombing from their bots almost killed my google rating. independents like me cant compete when they fake the game like that. its bullshit how they flood yelp with positives while we grind for real ones. gonna start ignoring those platforms altogether if this keeps up.

yeah, i started snapping pics of my mitsubishi installs with the ridgid vacuum gauge hittin 300 microns every time, and throwin em up on google with quick notes on the flare torque specs. it took like three months but my reviews started climbin back up, fake ones gettin pushed down. dont forget to geotag the pics if youre in a specific area, helps local searches. had one client even share their own pic after seein mine, turned into a five star without askin.
