Been running my HVAC side hustle for 8 years, and I'm bumping my annual Carrier service agreements from $250 to $325 starting next season. Customers are already whining about the increase, saying they can find it cheaper on Angi. Feels like crap, but parts and fuel ain't getting cheaper.

bundle it with a tune-up discount, upsell works wonders.
