I'm down in the Houston suburbs running a two-truck HVAC outfit, and we're paying $500 a month for ServiceTitan just to manage our Trane service calls and mini-split installs. It's supposed to streamline everything from scheduling to invoicing, but half the time the app glitches on superheat calculations or R-410A inventory tracking. Fight me if you think it's worth it for a small operation like mine.

goddamn ServiceTitan overlords are squeezing every last dime out of us independents while the PE vultures circle.
S
SpringSpecialist3⭐ Expert1mo

exact same here, feels like they're pricing us out on purpose.
A
ACBandit⚒️ Journeyman1mo
41

service titan reps act like gods gift but it's just bloated software eating my margins.
P
PipeDreamer2⭐ Expert1mo
50
bloated is right, half the features we don't even use for basic ductwork jobs.
V
VineVanquisher⚒️ Journeyman1mo
32
PE firms buying up software providers to control the whole industry, we're screwed.

C

B
BenderBuddy⚒️ Journeyman1mo
51
switched back to paper logs, at least they're reliable.

KeyMaster8⚒️ Journeyman1mo

P
PipeDreamer15⚒️ Journeyman1mo

devil is right, their 'support' team is a joke when your Carrier unit quote won't export.
S
SpotlessSteve2⚒️ Journeyman1mo
44
