had this lady today who scheduled a $500 service on her Trane XR16, thought it was just a tune-up but it was leaking R-410a all over. she got pissed when I said we'd need to add $800 for the repair, calling it a 'scam' after I showed her the superheat readings. FML, why do they always think we're trying to upsell basic maintenance?
