Carrier Infinity review bombed my 5-star rating

Installed a Carrier Infinity 24VNA system last month and the homeowner left a 2-star review saying it wasn't cooling fast enough. Charged $6500 for the full setup with ductwork mods, and now my Google profile is tanking. Anyone else dealing with picky clients on high-end units like this?
