so i had this install on a carrier infinity system go sideways this morning. the homeowner decided to play diy and moved the outdoor unit himself before we got there, didnt strap it down right and it tipped over during startup. gauges were all over the place, superheat way off because of a kink in the line set he ignored. had to redo the whole brazing job with my ridgid kit, which ate up two hours we didnt plan for. SMH these folks watch one youtube video and think theyre pros. anyone else dealing with this crap?
