Cold outreach for Trane service contracts in zone 5 - anyone else burning out on this?

Man, up here in zone 5 Minnesota, cold calling for Trane maintenance contracts is kicking my ass this winter. I've been hitting 50 doors a day, quoting $350 annual plans, but most folks just slam the door or say they're good with their old Carrier.
