NGL, I'm in north jersey, zone 5 winters hit hard so I deal with a lot of Mitsubishi Hyperheat installs. Picked up ServiceTitan last year thinking it'd streamline my quoting for those ductless jobs, but the damn thing auto-suggested markups that were 20% too low on R-410a line sets. Lost a $2k upsell on a Carrier Infinity replacement because the estimate came out looking like a DIY special. Now I'm eyeballing FieldEdge, anyone else had this crap-show? Saw a similar rant in HVAC Techs Network group last week. Watched a Bryan Orr video on hvacschoolpodcast about software pitfalls, and yeah, he nailed it. Shoulda stuck with Jobber, at least it doesn't play games with my margins. FML.
