Just quoted $6800 for a full ductwork replacement - fair?

Customer in rural Kentucky has an ancient forced air system that's all messed up, ducts collapsing and zero insulation. I'm using galvanized for the mains and flex for branches, should run about 3 days with my helper. They've been getting uneven cooling all summer, superheat all over the place. Fair price or should I bump it?

$6800 sounds right for that scope, dont undervalue your time.
