invoicing headaches with fieldedge in atlanta hvac jobs

Just got burned on a $4500 Carrier Infinity system install down here in Atlanta, customer paid the deposit but now FieldEdge is glitching on the final invoice and won't send it. We've been chasing this for a week, and the office manager is pissed. Anyone else dealing with this crap in the southeast?

FieldEdge is the WORST for commercial HVAC billing, every damn update breaks something new.

Try exporting the invoice as PDF and emailing it manually, works 90% of the time on glitches.

Same here, lost a whole afternoon on a similar FieldEdge freeze during a mini-split quote.

Ugh, this is why I still use paper backups for big ticket HVAC jobs.

Heard a guy in HVAC Techs Network group rant about the same issue last month, apparently support is trash.

Reset the app cache and restart the tablet, fixed it for me on a zone 4 install.

FieldEdge ate $2000 in unbilled superheat checks for us last quarter, switching ASAP.

boss makes us screenshot everything now after that mess, total pain.

ServiceTitan lobbyists are probably why FieldEdge keeps sucking, they want the market.

FieldEdge support is a joke, waited 48 hours for a callback on a frozen Rheem invoice.

This crap with software is killing small HVAC shops, back to basics maybe.

SharkBite for pipes but FieldEdge for billing? Nah, I'd rather handwrite than deal with that BS.
