I've been running ads on NextDoor for my Trane heat pump installs, but I'm only getting $800 quotes that turn into tire-kickers every time. Spent $400 last month on boosts and nada, just folks wanting free advice on their old R-22 systems. Time to switch to something else?

ditch nextdoor before it drains your wallet completely, i wasted 600 bucks last year chasing ghosts and ended up with nothing but pissed off calls. stick to google business profile or you'll be chasing tire-kickers forever.

nextdoor's like that one customer who calls for a free heat pump diagnosis but ends up just venting about their ex's bad install, total tire-kicker central.

nextdoor's full of cheapskates who wouldnt know a real quote if it bit em, ditch that crap and hit up google ads where folks actually have cash for trane installs. trust me, i wasted two months on it before switching and bookings tripled.

nextdoor's a total waste of time, i spent three months chasing tire-kickers who ghosted after hearing my $8k quote for a mitsubishi hyperheat swap. switched to angi and it's the same BS, cheap asses haggling like they're buying a used couch instead of an efficient system. these homeowners wouldnt know quality if it slapped em, always pushing for the lowest bid and then calling back when it craps out. i'm so pissed i almost quit leads altogether last winter. gonna try facebook marketplace next, maybe the algorithm favors actual payers.

facebook marketplace's just another crapshoot full of bargain hunters who bail when you mention the real cost, been burned three times this month on mini-split jobs and im about ready to stick to referrals only.

nextdoor's a total crapshoot for hvac leads, i dumped $300 on boosts last quarter and all i got was endless calls from cheapskates asking if their 20-year-old r22 junk can just get recharged instead of replaced.

nextdoor is a total waste of time, just like angi, all i get are cheapskates asking for free estimates on their crappy old systems that wouldnt even qualify for a rebate. spent $300 last week boosting a post and ended up with three no-shows who wanted me to diagnose over the phone. screw that, im switching to google ads but who knows if those tire-kickers will follow me there.

nextdoor is a total scam for hvac leads, just endless tire kickers and cheapos looking for free fixes while those assholes at angi charge an arm and a leg for the same garbage.

nextdoor is a total crapshoot for real leads, spent $300 last week chasing ghosts who just wanna bitch about their r-22 without paying a dime.

man i feel your pain, nextdoor is a waste for hvac leads, all i get are weirdos asking about mini splits for garages that they cant afford. switched to google ads and my close rate jumped to 40% on $1500 jobs. sucks throwing money away tho.

NextDoor leads are trash for anything over $500, period. Fight me, but I've seen pros swear by it only to get burned - stick to targeted facebook groups for real heat pump inquiries, way better conversion even if it's more work upfront.
