Every time I plug in a Trane XR16 for a standard swap, ServiceTitan adds $800 in bullshit fees that I don't even charge. It's screwing my close rate on these $6500 jobs. Anyone else pissed at how this software handles HVAC quoting?

tweak the template in service titan to strip out those auto fees, i cut mine by 600 bucks per quote that way and closed more trane swaps without the headache.

Fuck ServiceTitan, it's like they design it to kill small shops with all the hidden upsells on parts like Trane coils.

Don't even get me started on the integration bugs. Last week it double-charged refrigerant lines on a Goodman unit and I lost the gig. Total crapshow.

try overriding the line set pricing manually in service titan's quote builder before sending it out, saves me from those double-ups every time.
