Quoting a big mulch job with Stihl gear, how do you estimate time?

Been quoting a commercial mulch install for 20 beds, using my Stihl backpack blower to clear it out first. Takes me about 4 hours for a similar job, but I'm charging $800 flat rate to cover the crew and materials. Anyone got tips on padding that for unexpected roots or whatever?

Don't skimp on the padding, had a job where roots turned 4 hours into 8 and I ate the cost. Nearly lost my shirt on it.
