I've been using Housecall Pro for my landscaping estimates, runs me about $150/month but the scheduling for crew routes on big mulch jobs is clutch. Switched from pen and paper after shorting a yard on a recent install and losing $500. Jobber's got better inventory tracking for sod and plants, but damn if it ain't pricier at $200 a month. Anyone got a solid comparison?
Fuck Housecall Pro, their updates always break the quoting templates right when you're slamming through spring installs. Switched back to paper for a week just to get shit done.

Same here, lost a whole afternoon re-entering estimates for a tree planting gig because it glitched. Waste of time when you're already dealing with wet soil and delays.

NGL, both suck for tracking material costs on variable jobs like retaining walls.

Try FieldEdge instead, integrates well with QuickBooks for landscaping invoices and it's only $120/month. Set it up last season and cut my estimating time in half on paver projects.
