Man, I've been busting my ass trying to get into commercial accounts out here in the greater Atlanta area, but these property managers keep ghosting me after the initial quote. Just wrapped up a bid on a 2-acre office park using my Stihl trimmers and Toro mowers, but they went with some big outfit from up north. I'm using Housecall Pro for scheduling, but maybe I need to tweak my pitch to highlight the weekly edging and shrub trimming we do. Feels like I'm spinning my wheels while residential gigs pay the bills.
