Burnout Hitting Hard After Back-to-Back Sod Installs, Anyone Else Feeling This?

Central Texas here, drought's been a beast this year but we've been slammed with sod jobs using Bermuda and St. Augustine grass. Pulled 60-hour weeks laying out 20 yards per site with the crew, backs are screaming from hauling pallets off the F-350. In The Contractor Fight group on Facebook, saw a post about trades guys hitting the wall, and it hit home. Thinking of scaling back to just design and hardscaping with pavers from Belgard to ease the physical toll. Watched a Stanley Dirt Monkey vid on efficient crew setups that might help, but damn, the mental grind is real. How do you guys combat the burnout in peak season?
