fleet software screwing us landscapers over on routes

just switched to OptimoRoute for managing our truck fleet last month, thinking it'd optimize routes for all our mowers and blowers across 15 crews. now every job's delayed cause the damn thing keeps rerouting us through traffic hell for leaf cleanups and sod installs. me and the boys are pissed, spending more time in the truck than actually cutting grass or edging beds. saw a rant in the Lawn Care Business Owners group about this crap, and someone mentioned Jobber does it better for multi-truck setups. anyone else dealing with this bs? it's killing our efficiency on those big commercial lawn maintenance runs. NGL, might go back to paper maps if it doesn't get fixed.
