Man, subcontracting out these drip irrigation installs for our bigger landscaping gigs is killing me on the invoicing side. We're in Texas so every job turns into a drought-buster nightmare with all the custom layouts using Rain Bird components, and tracking what the sub charges versus what the client pays is a crap-show. I use Housecall Pro to try and keep it straight, but half the time the subs forget to invoice me right away and I'm chasing them for weeks. Saw a similar rant in the Lawn Care Professionals group about this exact BS. Anyone got a better system for breaking out sub costs on the final bill without pissing off the client? NGL, it's making me rethink taking on these larger yard renos.
