Insurance companies screwing over landscapers on equipment claims, anyone else?

Just had a claim denied on my Stihl FS 131 brushcutter that got wrecked on a job site, and they want $850 out of pocket for the deductible before covering the $1200 repair. These insurers are getting ridiculous with their fine print on landscaping gear. SMH, gonna have to shop around for better coverage.
