Cold outreach for upselling mulch installs - how do you not sound like a salesman?

Man, I'm out here cold calling homeowners about refreshing their landscape beds, and I always bring up how Toro's new mulch spreader makes the job quicker and cheaper for them, but then I hit 'em with the $800 upcharge for the install and they ghost me. NGL, it's frustrating as hell when you're just trying to add value to their yard but end up feeling like the pushy guy. Anyone got a script that lands these upsells without the awkwardness?
