Man, trying to juggle three crews for weekly lawn maintenance and irrigation installs is killing me this summer. I got the Stihl trimmers and mowers all divvied up but guys keep overlapping on the same commercial properties, pissing off the clients. Saw a post on r/landscaping about using Jobber for routing and it looks solid, but switching mid-season feels like a crapshoot. Someone in the Lawn Care Professionals FB group mentioned OptimoRoute saved their ass with GPS tracking. Anyone else dealing with this chaos? Feels like I'm playing Tetris with mowers and edgers every damn morning.

Fuck these property managers who change gate codes without telling anyone, whole crew shows up late because of it.

Same here, been late twice this week on residential routes. Wears on you after a while.

Try color-coding your Jobber calendars by crew type. Green for mow-only, blue for full yard cleanups. Cut my overlaps by half. Also, Stihl's got that app for tracking equipment hours if you're mixing rentals.

That's smart, I'll give it a shot. Thanks.

Owners expect perfect timing but half the time it's traffic or equipment breakdowns screwing the schedule. United front against that BS.
