Hired this new guy last month to help with rekeying commercial jobs, and he botched a whole Schlage masterkey system for a office building. Had to redo the entire thing myself, ate $4500 in lost time and materials. PSA to all you locksmith bosses: bond your hires or you'll get screwed.

Fucking apprentices man, they always think they know everything after watching one YouTube vid and then bam, your whole schedule is FUBAR. This industry's full of these kids rushing masterkey jobs without a clue.

For masterkeying, make sure they watch something like that masterkeying basics video before touching anything real.
