Been running solo out here in Arizona the last 5 years, doing everything from rekeying Schlage deadbolts to emergency car lockouts, and my scheduling is a total mess without decent software. I tried Jobber for a bit but it sucked at tracking my key blanks and HPC codes, ended up double-ordering Kwikset pins twice last month. Switched to Housecall Pro temporarily and it integrates okay with my Quick Code machine, but the inventory alerts feel half-assed when I'm on the road quoting safe installs. Anyone else using these for locksmith-specific stuff like master key systems? Saw a thread on r/Locksmith where a guy ranted about ServiceTitan being overkill for small ops, and someone in the Locksmith Professionals Facebook group swore by FieldEdge for van stock management. Watched a Roger Wakefield video on efficient job routing, made me think routing add-ons might fix my issues. PSA: if you're in a hot market like Phoenix, don't skimp on software that syncs with your Silca key duplicator or you'll waste hours hunting parts.
