U-Haul customer flipping out over $800 load fee, wtf

Had this nightmare client today who rented a U-Haul from us for a local move and starts screaming when I tell him the $800 full load fee kicks in after 2 hours. He's got a garage full of crap - furniture, boxes stacked to the ceiling - and thinks he can haggle it down like it's a flea market. NGL, I almost walked off the job right there.
