Taxes on moving jobs are killing me this year, anyone else?

Man, been doing this moving gig for 15 years now, hauling everything from sofas to full kitchens with my U-Haul fleet, and these taxes are a real gut punch. I work the Tampa Bay area and just finished a big cross-state job, but after deducting gas for the 26-foot truck and all the dollies and straps, the IRS still wants a chunk that leaves me scraping by. Saw a post on r/moving where a guy mentioned similar headaches with quarterly estimates for interstate hauls. Someone in the Moving Professionals Facebook group suggested using QuickBooks to track mileage better, but I'm still lost on how to write off those late-night pizza runs for the crew after a 12-hour day. FML, feels like every move just feeds the beast.
