Chased this guy for weeks after a $2k job hauling his crap from Atlanta to Nashville, and he's ghosting me now. Sent the final invoice with certified mail like always, but nothing. In Georgia, you gotta file a mechanics lien within 90 days for moving gigs, but this out-of-state BS is screwing me on that.

try small claims court in atlanta since that's where you did the work, it's under 15k limit and no lawyer needed, just file the invoice copies and get it done quick.

man, interstate deadbeats are the worst, been burned on a similar run from atlanta myself and it sucks.

these deadbeat homeowners think they can screw us on a 2k move and just vanish, total BS. interstate gigs are the worst for collections, they just play dumb across state lines.

these deadbeat interstate assholes are the WORST, always dodging bills like it's their damn hobby while we bust our asses hauling their junk.

man, interstate moves are a collections crapshoot every damn time, had a similar runaround from a nashville flake last year and it sucked.

How long ago was the move? You talking to a lawyer yet or just small claims?
