Had this nightmare client last week who rented a U-Haul and blamed us for a dent on the side after we loaded her crap. She demanded we cover the $800 repair even though it was clearly from her bad driving, not our dollies or straps. Guys, how do you even deal with these entitled types who turn a simple local move into a lawsuit threat?

man, i had a similar bs claim last month where the customer swore my guys scratched their van, but it was parked like crap and they hit a pole themselves. these entitled homeowners make every job a headache, dont they?

entitled clients like that deserve to eat the whole $800, dont even waste breath explaining - just send em the pics and let u-haul sort their bullshit. if they threaten lawsuit, counter with small claims for the time they wasted your ass.
