Tired of homeowners saying no to $800 Benjamin Moore Emerald upgrades

I'm so over these clients who come in asking for a basic Sherwin-Williams Duration paint job, then act shocked when I upsell them to Benjamin Moore Emerald for $800 more on the whole interior. It's like they don't get that the Emerald holds up way better on high-traffic areas without chipping after a year. Meanwhile, I'm leaving money on the table every time because they cheap out on the premium stuff. Upselling should be easier in this economy.
