Man, I've been trying to drum up more residential painting jobs by sliding into DMs on Instagram and Facebook, but it's hit or miss. Like, I'll post a quick before and after of a kitchen we did with Sherwin-Williams Emerald paint, tag local homeowners groups, and follow up with a message about how we'd handle their trim work with a Graco airless sprayer for that smooth finish. Half the time they ghost me, or worse, they come back with some lowball DIY question. Saw a thread on r/paintingbusiness where guys were sharing scripts, but mine just ain't landing. It's frustrating when you're out here hustling for that next cabinet refinish job and getting crickets. Anyone got tips on making cold outreach feel less salesy?
