I just let go of my lead painter whos been running the Graco airless rigs for me, and im paying him out $2k severance to make it sting less. The dude kept botching preps on those Sherwin-Williams Emerald jobs, leaving holidays everywhere and costing me callbacks. NGL, scheduling just got a hell of alot tighter without him.
