Got a $4k quote from Orkin to seal up my house against mice and squirrels, full exclusion job. House is two stories with attic and basement, about 2200 sq ft on the main floors. No clue if that's a ripoff or standard, been seeing rodents everywhere lately.

shop around for local guys, i usually quote 1800-2200 for basic exclusion and sealing with steel wool and foam. orkin throws in their warranty but you're paying for the name.
