Tried upselling those Sentricon termite bait stations on a routine ant job today, customer bit and added $1200 to the ticket. Orkin charged them $1700 for the same setup last year so I looked like a hero. NGL, it's hilarious how easy it is when you point out the competition's ripoff rates.
