FDA licensing BS for pest ops in Philippines is insane

Stumbled on this post in the Pest Control Professionals Facebook group about FDA licensing for pest control operators in the Philippines and it's a total nightmare. They're requiring all these certifications just to spray for basic ants and roaches, like some kinda food safety audit for every job. Me and the boys were laughing our asses off reading through the requirements, but seriously, how do you even keep up with that red tape when you're just trying to run a small operation? I've got my state certs here with Talstar P and bifenthrin mixes, but international rules like this make me glad I'm not expanding overseas. Anyone dealt with similar licensing headaches on commercial pest jobs? Saw a similar rant on r/pestcontrol last month about state boards getting too picky.
Don't touch international without a lawyer, you'll get buried in paperwork and fines.

Haha, FDA treating pest guys like we're handling nuclear waste.

Get certified through NPMA, they have online courses that cover the basics for export jobs.

Philippines regs are a joke, but try arguing with them over Demon WP applications.

True, but skipping it could shut you down faster than a bad termite swarm.

Lol, next they'll want us to wear hazmat suits for bed bug heat treatments.

Already do that in tight apartments, might as well make it official.

Yeah, waste of time when you could be out baiting rodents instead.

State boards are the worst, always changing rules mid-season.

Warning: ignore it and you'll end up with lawsuits from clients claiming contamination.

Saw that happen to a guy using off-brand pyrethroids without approval.

skip the FDA licensing BS over there if you can, i watched a buddy get buried in fines and audits after jumping through those hoops just to barely break even on pest jobs.
