FDA licensing BS for pest ops in Philippines is insane

Stumbled on this post in the Pest Control Professionals Facebook group about FDA licensing for pest control operators in the Philippines and it's a total nightmare. They're requiring all these certifications just to spray for basic ants and roaches, like some kinda food safety audit for every job.
