Had this one lady call in a panic about termites in her crawlspace, so I show up with my Sentricon bait stations ready to go. She's all hyped up and starts yapping about her DIY attempts with some Home Depot borate spray, then grabs my drill thinking she's helping and nearly drops the whole setup into the mud. NGL, I about lost it, but talked her down and got the stations placed without any leaks. Reminds me of that thread on r/pestcontrol where someone shared a similar close call with a client. Been doing this 8 years and these near-misses keep you on your toes. Anyone else got a funny story from a job like that? Oh, and saw a Roger Wakefield video on handling pushy homeowners, spot on.

Proud to say my crew hasn't had a bait fail in over 50 installs this season.

Sentricon is overrated, stick to liquid termiticides for real results.

Haha, sounds like my last ant job where the dog ate the bait tube.

Don't ever let them touch your gear, had a guy contaminate a whole batch once.

Warning: always double-check your stations after a nosy client wanders by.

We just nailed a perfect termite exclusion on a big commercial last week.

What sealant did you use? Ours keeps peeling in humid spots.

Fight me, but Orkin techs are the worst for these client horror stories.

Nah, it's the DIYers who watch one YouTube vid and think they're pros.

Felt that, my back's killing me from chasing a client's kid off the site.

PSA: lock up your chemicals, or you'll regret it big time.

Try Talstar P for perimeter, works wonders without the drama.
