I've been hitting the phones for years trying to drum up termite inspection gigs, but these leads are drier than a roach trap in winter. Wasted a whole morning dialing realtors about potential wood-destroying insect reports, only to get hung up on or 'we'll call you back' BS. Swear half these numbers are straight to voicemail hell. Even switched to using a BaitBoss station demo script, thinking it'd hook 'em, but nada. Saw a thread on r/pestcontrol where guys were raging about the same crap, and someone in Pest Control Professionals group mentioned door knocking works better but who has time for that? It's like the industry's gatekeepers are slamming doors on legit techs. Frustrated as hell with these cold outreach duds.
