Had a total crap-show of a termite infestation in this old crawlspace, walls eaten up bad. Switched to the Sentricon bait stations after the initial inspection failed, and now the place is clear with a 5-year warranty. Landed the $4500 contract after showing them the before pics - feels good to save the structure without full tenting.

man, those crawlspace termite jobs are the worst, always feel like im crawling through hell myself. glad you turned it around with the sentricon, saved my ass on a similar mess last summer. before pics sealed the deal for me too, homeowners finally get it when they see the damage. feels damn good to avoid tenting and still get paid.

hey how long did it take for the sentricon to fully knock out that colony in your job last summer?

man, i know that sinking feeling when you first see the crawlspace like a war zone, had one last month that looked like the termites threw a party. switching to sentricon saved my ass too, hate tenting the whole damn house. glad you turned it around and snagged that contract.

sentricon always pulls through on those nasty crawlspace jobs; i drill the bait stations every 10 feet around the perimeter to make sure the termites hit every spot. gets the colony wiped out faster than tenting ever could.

goddamn tenting crews are such a nightmare, always leavin' the place a soaked mess and still not gettin' the whole colony, sentricon is the only thing that saves my ass from those callbacks.

sentricon works half the time if you're lucky, better to drill and pump termidor straight into the mud than trust bait stations to do squat.

Sentricon is a game-changer for those borderline cases - I've had 80% success rate on baits vs liquid treatments. Make sure to monitor every quarter to keep the warranty intact.

Yeah, monitoring is key but customers always forget to call us back. Lost a repeat client last year because of it.

Damn, $4500 for Sentricon? That's a steal compared to what I charge out here. Felt that win in my wallet too after a string of losses.

Fight me, but Sentricon is overrated BS for severe infestations - stick with Termidor SC for quicker knockdown. Had a job where baits took forever and the termites kept munching.

For quick jobs yeah, but Sentricon builds long-term revenue with those monitoring contracts. I've upsold three extensions this month alone.
