Next morning, bam, a commercial property manager hits me up for a full inspection on their strip mall, turns out it's riddled with Formosan termites eating the wood framing. We quoted the full tent and treatment, sealed it up with Vikane gas over a 72-hour period, and just invoiced the $15k. Felt damn good pulling that off without a hitch, especially since the heat down here makes every job a sweat fest. NGL, LinkedIn's been my secret weapon for bigger gigs lately.
