Struggling with Google reviews after that bad repiping job in Jersey

Man, just finished a whole house repipe with PEX-A in north Jersey, quoted the guy $8k flat rate including all fittings and SharkBites where needed. Now he's leaving a 1-star on Google saying we took too long, even though he wanted every penny saved. Feels like no matter how solid the work is on these old pipe jobs, one pissed homeowner tanks your rating.

same boat here, had a similar gripe after a drain line replacement.
