ServiceTitan invoicing is screwing over my small plumbing jobs

I'm running a small plumbing outfit and been using ServiceTitan for about a year now, but the invoicing part is driving me nuts. Every time I do a quick drain clean or PEX repair, it takes forever to input all the line items and get the receipt scanned right through their app. We're in Texas so everything's big and fast-paced here, but this software feels like it's made for huge commercial outfits, not guys like me swapping out Moen faucets on residential calls. I saw a guy in the Plumbers United Facebook group ranting about the same thing last week, and he said it ate up two hours on a simple water heater flush. Switched to Jobber for a test run on a few jobs, and man, the invoicing flew by without all the BS. Anyone else dealing with this crap?
