Man, im using housecall pro for scheduling my plumbing runs and its supposed to make life easier but every time i got a clogged main line call in the chicago area it throws everything off. We're in the Chicago area my whole career and traffic is a nightmare so i end up double booking the boys on repiping jobs with pex-b because the app doesnt account for how long it takes to snake a 4-inch line. I saw a thread on r/plumbing where someone mentioned service titan might be better but switching sounds like a pain. Anyone got tips for integrating ridgid seesnake footage into the schedule to avoid this crap? Plus, that guy in plumbers united group was ranting about the same issue with emergency water heater swaps. Watched a roger wakefield video on efficient routing but still struggling.
