Had a job where the homeowner swore theyd handle the permit for a full repipe using Uponor PEX, but turns out they didnt and now the city inspectors are pissed. I ate a $2500 fine because my contract didnt specify who was responsible for pulling permits. Dont be me, spell that crap out upfront or youre screwed on plumbing jobs like this.
