Tried posting a quick PEX install on Insta, now the 1-star reviews are flooding in

Posted a short clip of me crimping PEX-A with my Milwaukee tool on Instagram yesterday, thinking it'd get some likes from plumbers. Next thing I know, some Karen leaves a 1-star review on my Google profile saying I overcharged her $850 for a simple bathroom repipe job last month. Brand new to this social media crap and already regretting it, these idiots don't even know the difference between PEX and copper.

Don't link your insta to google reviews, that's how they find you. Set up a separate business account and keep personal stuff off.

Ignore the noise and respond professionally to reviews. Say something like 'We stand by our $800 PEX jobs with a 5-year warranty, happy to discuss.' Turns lemons to lemonade.

SharkBites are trash for anything over 1/2 inch, period. Stick to crimps if you wanna avoid callbacks.
