anyone else pissed off at how ServiceTitan is pricing out the little guys in plumbing? i've been running my crew on it for a couple years now, tracking jobs from drain snaking with the ridgid k-45 to full PEX repipes, but their latest fee hike is BS. out here in Arizona the competition is brutal enough without this crap eating into my margins on water heater installs. saw a rant in Plumbers United group about switching to Housecall Pro, but i'm locked in with all my customer data there. anyone ditched it and not regretted? FML if i have to start over. watched a Tommy Mello video where he talked about ditching big software for simpler stuff, but damn.
