Switched to ServiceTitan last year thinking it'd streamline my drain cleaning jobs and water heater installs, but their scheduling add-on just jacked up the price to $200 extra a month. Now every time I try to route a snake job with the Ridgid K-45, it glitches and eats my whole day. These big software companies are squeezing us plumbers dry while we deal with clogged mains and pissed-off customers.

try fieldpulse instead, its half the cost and handles pex routing without the bs.

fuck service titan, they charge premium for features that crash during peak sewer season.

stuck with it on a multi-year contract, feels like getting hosed on every job quote now.

sharkbite fittings are overrated, but service titan? straight garbage for the price. stick to paper schedules imo.
