Just wrapped up a full PEX repipe using Uponor fittings in this older house, charged the client $6500 for the whole thing. They left a 2-star review saying we took too long, even though we hit every milestone. Man, it's killing my lead gen when one bad review tanks the rating.

Yeah, and screenshot your contract showing the agreed timeline. That usually shuts them up.

Those Google reviews are BS, half the time it's the client's fault.

True, I had one where the HO blamed me for their own hack job.

Bad reviews suck, but I've turned a few around by calling the client personally.

Same here, one crappy review and leads dry up for weeks.

Yelp is even worse, they charge to suppress bad ones.

Frustrated as hell, spent $2k on ads and one review nukes it.

Insurance companies jack rates if reviews mention 'leak' or whatever.
