Dealing with bad reviews on Google after a tough PEX repipe job

Just wrapped up a full PEX repipe using Uponor fittings in this older house, charged the client $6500 for the whole thing. They left a 2-star review saying we took too long, even though we hit every milestone. Man, it's killing my lead gen when one bad review tanks the rating.

Respond to it publicly with facts, offer to fix any issues for free.

Those Google reviews are BS, half the time it's the client's fault.

Haha, at least it wasn't a flooded basement from their DIY attempt.

Google's algorithm favors volume, so pump out more jobs and reviews.

Encourage reviews right after completion while it's fresh.
